This shirt has a slightly oversize fit for layering; we recommend women size down for a closer fit. 

Extra Small:
14.5" collar, 22.5" sleeve length, 10" arm opening, 21.25" chest, 27" length, 16.5" between the back shoulders, 29" down the center of the back, 22.5"  waist, and 23" across the bottom hem. 

Small:
15" collar, 23.5" sleeve length, 10" arm opening, 22.75" chest, 28.5" length, 17.5" between the back shoulders, 29" down the center of the back, 23.75" waist, and 24.5 across the bottom hem.

Medium:
16.5" collar, 24.5" sleeve length, 11" arm opening, 24.5" chest, 29" length, 18.25" between the back shoulders, 29.5" down the center of the back, 25" waist, and 26" across the bottom hem.

Large:
17.25" collar, 25" sleeve length, 11.25" arm opening, 25 3/8" chest, 30" length, 19" between the back shoulders, 30" down the center of the back, 26.75" waist, and 27.75" across the bottom hem.
